Pingo is an app which which allows customers to book a journey on our 109-DRT on-demand service.
It operates in an area of Humbie, East Saltoun and Tranent connecting to Haddington and the East Lothian Community Hospital.
It is perfect for joining up journeys, integrating with the existing transport network, and providing bus travel where a service doesn’t exist.
By simply downloading the "Ride Pingo” app you can book your journey, either pre booked or 'on-demand' quickly and easily and track the progress of your bus as it makes its way to your selected pick-up point.
Pingo is available in both the App Store and the Google Play Store .
Pingo - East Lothian operates Monday to Friday between 08:50 and 16:50.

You can still book the service by calling the booking line on 01620 822620. Our Pingo customer advisors will be available from 8:30am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
To download the free “Ride Pingo” app you must have a smartphone or an ipad/tablet
Visit either the App Store and the Google Play Store and download “Ride Pingo”, click the store buttons or scan the QR code below
Now open the app and “allow” Ride Pingo to send you notifications.
Click “Get Started” and fill out your details
When prompted to enter your phone number remember to change the first two digits to +44 and take off the first 0 when you enter your number.
Your phone will then be sent a code by text message to enter into Pingo.
Allow Pingo to access your location whilst using the app.
That’s it, you’re all set! You can now explore the app and enter where you currently are and where would like to go.
