May 2009

We were recently awarded the contract to run the 111 North Berwick Toursit Shuttle
bus by East Lothian Council. This summer service links North Berwick Railway Station
with the Town Centre & Beaches, The Scottish Seabird Centre and the Museum Of Flight
at East Fortune. It ia also the Councils intention to use the Railway Station Car Park
as a Park & Ride at weekends to help traffic flow in the town centre

This service runs from Satuday 6th June to Sunday 28th September 2009

September 2008

Our latest "green" initiative is the installation of a Rainwater Harvesting system

The system collects rainwater from the roof of our workshops and after passing through
a filter is then stored in a 3600 litre tank, this water is then used to wash our
coaches thereby saving a significant amount of energy compared to the equivalent
amount of tapwater

May 2008

We have purchased a Brand new Dennis Javelin coach with
a Plaxton Profile body to further update our fleet. This is an
additional 70 seater coach and has a Euro4 engine specification and
uses "Adblue" to Further reduce emmisions

We recently announced a sponsorship agreement with Haddington Athletic Colts Under 13s
This involved kitting the team out in new training jackets

We have purchased a Brand new Mercedes Vario coach with
a Plaxton Beaver2 body to further update our fleet
This coach features a Wheelchair lift at the rear Nearside
of the coach and also has a Euro4 engine specification and
uses "Adblue" to Further reduce emmisions

October 2007

We have purchased a Brand new Mercedes 33 seat coach with
a Plaxton Cheetah2 body to further update our fleet
This coach is the 1st Cheetah2 in Scotland and among the first 5 sold

This coach is one of the 1st with Euro4 engine specification and uses
"Adblue" to significantly reduce exhaust emissions making this one of the
most environmentally friendly coaches available

The previous cheetah sold almost 1000 in it's 10 years of production
and this model will almost certainly be as popular

It is pictured in front of the Scottish Parliament
at Hollyrood, before undertaking a hire.

September 2007

We have purchased a Brand new Iveco 57 seat coach with
a Plaxton Paragon body to further update our fleet
This coach also features Air Conditioning as standard
and took to the road on the 1st of this month

April 2007

Over the weekend of 21/22nd of April we were proud to be asked to attend
an event in Scarborough with our classic Bedford Plaxton

This event was to mark the centenary of Plaxton, our favoured bodybuilder
Over 50 preserved coaches attended the event which was attended by around
10,000 people at the current factory on the outskirts of Scarborough
On the sunday afternoon a parade of the vehicles took place through the town
watched by hundreds of spectators

This trip involved around trip of over 400 miles which our 32 year old coach
performed without a single problem testamount to its quality
