Booking is available via the Pingo app, website or on the phone. Journeys can be booked on-demand or up to 7 days in advance.
The Pingo app is available for Android and iOS smartphones. Just search for Pingo in the app store or press the buttons below.
You are also able to book online via our web form.
If you are unable to book your journey using the Pingo app or web form, you can also book over the phone.How to book a journey
You can book multiple journeys, which means you can book your return journey just after booking your first journey.
* Please note Phone and Webform bookings must be received by 16:00 on the working day before you wish to travel. ie by 16:00 on Thursday for travel on Friday.
Book via the Pingo app
Via the Pingo app, you are able to choose your start location and destination. The app will automatically assign the best pick-up and drop-off points to your journey.
Visit either the App Store and the Google Play Store and download “Ride Pingo”, click the store buttons or scan the QR code below
Book via the web form
Simply complete the web form on our website and we will confirm your booking as soon as possible, during office hours, which are Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 16:00.

Book over the phone
As with the apps, the booking advisor will assign the best pick-up and drop-off points for you, based on your journey’s start location and destination.
